Worst experience ever, NOT WORTH THE MONEY, they say they have 2 million clients but only one rude technician. I ask for help and his answer was did you read the manual, never was able to resolve the problem now two days working on the issue I usually charge $70 an hour what a saving I tried to complain they transferred me to support to the same person I was complaining about. That is like going to the police to complain about a rapist and the police send you back to your rapist. Nobody in management could help, nobody in pre-sales could help their only alternative was to wait six hours so the morning tech would come in. WOW 2 million clients one tech, things must really be going bad for them.
